Certain rooms in the CIT are Zoom-equipped. That is, there is a room "user" or account associated with that room, which can be controlled by the A/V panel in the room.
While it is possible in some cases to host a Zoom meeting directly from the room account, the recommended method is to host the meeting yourself, using your own Brown Zoom account on your laptop, and then invite the Zoom room to join as a meeting participant by entering the meeting ID in the A/V panel. This will allow you to record and save the meeting directly on your own device, while making use of the room cameras/mics.
