The head consultants help to coordinate the undergraduate labs (the Sunlab, MSlab, and CIT 201), and manage the Sunlab Consultants. The head consultants report to the Project and Financial Manager, and collaborate on initiatives with the Director of Information Technology and the rest of the department's Technical Staff (tstaff).
For the 2024-25 school year, Alex Mazansky (amazansk) is the head consultant.
Hiring Schedule
The head consultants are hired from among the current Sunlab Consultants each spring semester for the following year. The new head consultants will be involved with interviewing and hiring the following hear's cohort of new consultants. The term lasts until the head consultant either graduates or retires.
The head consultants are hired by the Project and Financial Manager and the current head consultants.
