This course has been renumbered and will be offered going forward as CSCI 1300.
This course will cover basis concepts in human-computer interaction including understanding how people view and interact with interfaces, what types of computer interfaces are practical and possible, modeling and representing user interaction, eliciting requirements and feedback from users, tools for prototyping and building interfaces, and user interface evaluation. The course will be primarily project-based and will involve a significant amount of design and evaluation. Prerequisites: CSCI 0150, 0180, or 0190; or permission of instructor.
