End-User License Agreement for JDSL 2.0 Advanced

All Rights Reserved.

JDSL 2.0 Advanced (the "Software") is owned by Brown University and 
Algomagic Technologies, Inc., and is protected by national copyright laws 
and international copyright treaties. The Software includes the Java 
JAR and class files and the javadoc documentation of JDSL 2.0. It 
does not include Java source files.  After reading this agreement 
carefully, if you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, 
you may not use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The Software is licensed to you. You are 
not obtaining title to the software or any copyrights. You may use 
the software for personal, educational, and research purposes. 
You may redistribute the software provided that this license and 
all copyright notices appear in supporting documentation and that 
the names of Brown University and Algomagic Technologies, Inc., 
are not used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution 
of the software without specific, written prior permission.
2. PROHIBITIONS. You may not use the Software for commercial purposes 
(for example, you may not use the software for product development and
you may not incorporate the software into a commercial product). You may 
not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, 
convert to another programming language, decompile, or disassemble 
the software for any purpose.
3. NO WARRANTY AND NO LIABILITY. The owners of the Software (Brown 
University and Algomagic Technologies, Inc.) disclaim all warranties 
with regard to the Software, including all implied warranties of 
merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event 
shall the owners of the Software be liable for any special, indirect, 
or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from 
loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, 
negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with 
the use or performance of the Software.
4. TERMINATION. This agreement terminates, you lose all rights licensed 
to you, and you must stop using the software, if you violate the terms
of this agreement.
