The Viewing Problem
The first form
Given a view specification, and the coordinates of the vertices of a bunch of polyhedral objects, how do we make a picture of the objects projected on the view plane?
This is too hard, in general
It also turns out to be not very efficient
It would be easy if the specified view were a "standard" parallel view volume oriented along the z axis--Forget "z"!
