Submissions should be in the form of extended abstracts following the standard IEEE
8.5x11
double-column format
(Latex
and
Word) and no longer than 6 pages. Submissions must be done through the
submission
site.
The review process is NOT blind; each contributing author should be included on
the first page. Only electronic submissions in PDF will be
accepted. Submissions must be written in English,
render without error using standard tools (Ghostview or Acrobat Reader) and
print on US Letter paper.
