  <p><strong>Dept:</strong> Computer Science</p>
  <p><strong>Year:</strong> Senior</p>
  <p>
    <strong>Want to Learn:</strong> Techniques for managing a larger software project.  I have never 
worked in a larger programming team, and may have management
opportunties in my job in the future.  Also, I'm interested
in improving my design skills and working under a system that
requires a longer design process.
  </p>
  <p><strong>Other Goals:</strong> My main goal is to see a functional release on demo day.  I
produced a project with 4 team members for CS 32 (a grades
manager for students), but it will probably never be used.  I
would really enjoy seeing the project used in the real world,
which is why I've started scripting requirements for the
Critical Review project.</p>
  <p>
    <strong>Role and Skills:</strong> As the projects appear to be web projects, I feel my strengths
lie in databases and controller classes, as well as some CSS
and HTML experience.  I feel I can be successful in a leadership
position, but owning and implementing a module may be the best fit
for me in this course.

    <strong>Other Experience:</strong> Worked on a small automation coding team during the summer for a 
financial firm (BlackRock) - Perl/Java/HTML
