Lab sections will be held every other week on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Refer to Piazza or the Hours Calendar for the locations. Although they are not practical culinary lab sessions, attendance and preparation will make up the lab grade.

Lab writeups are due at 10:20AM before the start of class digitally through Gradescope along with homework every other week, and will be graded as a part of homework. Unfortunately, due to a lack of a physical hand-in bin this season, we cannot accept baked goods alongside submissions.
