2004/10/28 anurag added method to replay tuples from start_order_by to end_order_by (may or may not replay revision tuples and includes and end marker (fake tuple (fake_flag=true)) to signal end of replayed tuples)

Made changes to make sure several methods on CPView work
also added trimming of CP storage nad made other fixes
