How does it work?
The Summit System is currently under construction, as new features are
being added and key sections are being rearchitected. Until the new
version is ready and we can document it (look for this in mid-May), here
is some information:
- The original whitepaper. While some of
the system has changed since this was written, it's still a good
description of much of the system, especially the security and
file systems.
- This is a new, prliminay diagram,
that describes the various pieces of the sytem (at a VERY high level).
- An older hotsheet for the system.
