Catering in food makes it difficult to please diverse food preferences. However, the area around the workshop location has an extensive offering of restaurants to cater to every taste. We are therefore asking you to handle food on your own. This way, you can decide what works best for you: perhaps you like heavy breakfasts and skip lunch; maybe you eat just a fruit for breakfast and load up on dinner; or otherwise.

Below we offer listings of food. We're happy to answer your questions as well!

Food in the Immediate Vicinity

The Thayer area has numerous options. All these are just minutes from the CIT (and only a few more from the dorm), so they're ideal for breakfast and lunch.

On Waterman, between Thayer and Brook:

  Thai Spice -- Thai food and a coffee shop
  Haruki Express -- sushi and a Japanese store
  Subway -- the national chain

On Thayer, between Fones and Waterman:

  Froyo world -- frozen yogurt
  Better Burger Co. -- burgers (including veg options) and breakfast

On Fones, between Thayer and Brook:

  La Creperie -- Paris meets Providence!

On Thayer, between Fones and Angell:

  Au Bon Pain -- breakfast, coffee, drinks, sandwiches, bakery
