Notes: This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever had. It has 200 recipes, with several photos of the various steps in each, which gives me a much better idea of what the dish will be like, and how easy it is to cook. The vegetable stock is excellent --- I always have a few liters frozen. Almost every recipe I have tried has been excellent.
