Below is a list of things an apartment must have

1. Wide doorways and halls access apartment .. must be able to move in a big cushy couch
2. Quiet Neighborhood
3. Cross Ventilation .. preferably windows on 2 sides of the building.
4. Big (or lots of) windows for ample lighting
5. Storage Space .. maybe there is a lockable closet in the basement
6. Lots of closet space
7. Dish Washer (maybe I should move this up in the list .. having dish-pan hands bums me out)
8. Washer/Dryer (this is really a preference .. not a must-have)
9. Off-street parking
10. Good Water Pressure
11. Shower with bath-tub
12. Kitchen Counter space
13. Thick walls (ceilings and walls too) so you can't hear the neighbors and even more important, they can't hear you
14. Heating via thermostat .. those radiator valves are a pain in the butt
15. Cable-ready
16. Must be able to rent it
17. Cell phone must work inside
18. Must be on second(+) floor
