Reimbursement Details
Only university participants are entitled for reimbursement.
Maximum allowance for each participant is $700. However, in some cases, depending upon the budget, adjustment can be made.
Procedure for reimbursement
The participants should send the following items to the address below.
- Plane ticket receipt
- Hotels charge
- Receipts of the other expenses incurred during the conference.
- Social Security Number
- Postal Address
