Friday's agenda:

- briefs of the meeting to dhl
- project schedule
- architecture/vision proposals by amir and mip
- design outlooks (a list of how the project can be broken
down into tasks given the presentations and docs we have so far)

- calendaring
- regular meeting time scheduling

everyone should bring in the following:
- design schedule proposal
- design outlook (breakdown into components; see above)
- email nml with your schedule
- amir and mip should prepare their presentations

Misc. notes

- jun will try to coordinate with the Multimedia Lab to see if we can all take
a field trip there to try out Max.
- nml and jun will coordinate to investigate putting everyone's schedule up on
the web
- Design is due on the 12th - get cranking!
- GUI builder will probably be dropped in favor of running the program within 
the FORCE, or some sort of animation
- cmw will be out Friday.  jla has been assigned the task of running the 
meeting.
