Local Users: anyone curious about users/usage and systems in the CS department. Score Useful to others: only Brown CS folks. Has specific users: see above. Can be scaled up to PC product: doubtful. Divisible: moderately. In C++ on Suns: yes. Overall: mediocre project concept. Pros: very useful in-house. Overall: good project idea. Pros: very needed here and elsewhere.
