Project Title 1: Multimedia database

The project would be a picture and video manager which could be used
as a digital photo album, storing pcitures and video by certain catagories.
Makes for easy retreival.  Then could have features such as a slide show,
image collage creator, image editor, etc.  Screensaver too.

Local Users: Probably not

	Overall: Pretty good

Pros: Basic implimentation would be easy (with a good design).  Then
      can add features as the imagination warrants.

Cons: Probably won't be highly needed by the department or outside.

	Overall: A useful project.

Pros: Useful, divisible... it's got it all.

Cons: May be a pretty huge project, which will have to be designed very
       well to be pulled off.  May not have any local demand for it.

Pros: Straightforward project that encompases a whole bunch of
      different aspects, from database to UI to security.  Useful
      and easily scalable.

Cons: Project would have to be general, not specific to the CS
      department, to be practical.
