Layout requires the following functionality from Event:

an Event definition to modify the graphical representation
  (specifically anchor points) of connections

an Event definition to modify the graphical representation
  (specifically location) of objects


This functionality must be implemented in Event before the
Layout module can even be compiled. No testing can be done
without such implementation.
