        I don't think the system is fully functional without an admin
        section.  The description itself is concise and well worded.

        The Locator component is pretty vague and should have some more
        sub-components.

        The user interface diagrams were not well defined... as far as I
        can tell it is just the Josiah webpage.

        Could be described more clearly.  It is awkwardly written.

		dependencies on other systems);

        Details about testing the required parts of the system are left
        out.

        I don't really understand why the admin tool is option... it
        seems necessary for a usable system.

        Don't mention much about the problems with the main
        functionality, but overall it seems pretty simple to implement
        and I agree that most of the problems would be in the admin
        portion.
