USEFUL TO OTHERS: 3 - This project is interesting and would be fun to
work on, but I think the number of people who would get a great deal of
use out of it are relatively small.
HAS SPECIFIC USERS: 4 - There are definitely niche users of GarageBand/
FLStudio who would really enjoy this type of product.
CAN BE SCALED UP TO PC-SCOPE PRODUCT: 5 - there are a lot of additions
that could be made to make this a pretty cool product
DIVISIBLE: 5 - There are 4 listed layers, which people would most likely
pair up + there would be people doing documentations/ testing
WELL DEFINED ENOUGH TO IMPLEMENT: 4 - The user interface should be more
clearly defined.

Other comments:
I would enjoy implementing this project.  However the project is not as
useful to as many people as some of the other projects.  I would like
to work on a project that is something that has a larger user base.
