Every time the EventManager process is called by the Concierge, it will update the contents of the EventDatabase to reflect any new information obtained by the most recent parsing process. In order to test the functionality of the EventManager class, I will need to know the names of accessor functions of the database, and have these functions return dummy values for initial implementation.
