Lars reveiwing FileManager.h

This is a pretty straight forward interface and it looks good to me.  I 
like the fact that it defines an abstract superclass.  This 
implementation will help with insulation as we talked about in class.

I also am comfortable with the schedule Dan has designed.  I think the 
order of implementing the various functions is appropriate.  But, 
getting this done early would be really helpful for testing other 
portions of the project so it might be nice to push up the dates on 
these two functions in particular.
