Project 2: pb-lite — Sam Birch (sbirch)

This is an implementation of pb-lite. It beats the canny baseline, barely! Perceptually, it seems to reduce edge strengths corresponding to texture gradients, as it is designed to do. I didn't make any interesting decisions implementing the project.
