I spent last week at the New England Suzuki Institute, taking teacher training classes and being the counselor for the teen program (yikes!). I arrived on Saturday morning for my first class and had to leave all of my stuff in the car until I could check into my dorm that evening.
Hypothetically speaking, if one were to leave a container of cored and sliced red bell peppers in a car for 12 hours in 90-degree heat, I am happy to report that [hypothetically] those peppers would be almost perfectly partially cooked and still nicely warm by evening for a delicious snack. :-)
