Research Interests:

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Brown University's Optimization Laboratory under the supervision of Pascal Van Hentenryck. My Ph.D. research investigates how hybrid optimization algorithms can be applied to problems in humanitarian logistics. My interests span many forms of optimization including mathematical programming, constraint programming, and local search. Currently I am developing algorithms that combine optimization techniques with simulation tools to solve problems that contain complex systems, such as electrical power networks and natural gas distribution networks.
