NAME

     xstartproject - start Desert Project Manager to create new pro-
     ject

SYNOPSIS

     xstartproject [ -nologo ] [ -Display ]

DESCRIPTION

     xstartproject starts the Desert project manager comd . specifi-
     cally to create a new project.  It is similar to the xstartcomd
     (1) command with the -create option specifying the current direc-
     tory.  It also automatically sets the -java flag if there are any
     .java files in the directory or any of its subdirectories.  For
     further information see the Desert documentation available
     through a web browser.

OPTIONS

     The command line options given to this command are passed on to
     comd . These include:

     -nologo
          Do not display the Desert logo at startup if this is the
          first Desert tool to run.

     -Display
          Do not create the 3D display of the directories and files in
          the project.  Note that this display is only created if you
          have a 24bit display and Open Inventor is available.
