Undergraduate Computer Science Research Symposium

The 2018 Brown CS Undergraduate Research Symposium is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate researchers to present their computer science research to the department! All undergraduate CS researchers are encouraged to participate so they get a chance to not only show their work to the department but also to win recognition by the faculty and our sponsor companies. You are welcome to submit research done under a faculty member or independently.

Prizes

There will be a prize for first place, second place, and third place. In addition, selected participants will get opportunities with sponsor companies and further recognition within the department.

Details

The Symposium is on May 8th, 2018 from 4pm-6pm in the 3rd floor atrium. If you are interested in presenting your work, please fill out this form by May 1st.

If your abstract is accepted, please prepare a poster or a demo of your research. If you choose to do a poster, we will provide foam boards that are 30" by 40" and easels.  Please email us if you need networking or power for a demo.

Everyone is invited to attend the symposium to find out about the exciting research being carried out by undergraduates at Brown.
